Executive Order 13845: Establishing the President's National Council for the American Worker
President: Donald J. Trump

Status: Revoked. Is Executive Order 13845 still in effect? No. Executive Order 13845 was revoked. See Federal Register record. EO 14025 revoked this order.
What does Executive Order 13845 do?
EO 13845 formed the President's National Council for the American Worker, co-chaired by Commerce, Labor and two White House officials. It tasked the council with recommendations on a workforce strategy and, within 180 days, an awareness campaign and plan to recognize employer training practices. A separate American Workforce Policy Advisory Board was created to provide outside advice, with Commerce supplying administrative support. These were coordination and advisory bodies, not an individual entitlement to training.
