Status: In effect. Is Executive Order 13811 still in effect? Yes. Executive Order 13811 remains in effect. See Federal Register record.
What does Executive Order 13811 do?
EO 13811 continued a named set of federal advisory committees until September 30, 2019 under the Federal Advisory Committee Act. Its list included science, export, public health and other bodies. Section 3 also superseded parts of EO 13708 and expressly revoked EO 13805, the proposed infrastructure council. The order was a time-limited continuation; a committee’s later status depends on subsequent renewal, statute or separate action.
