What does Executive Order 13819 do?
EO 13819 set attached 2018 basic-pay and locality schedules for the General Schedule, Foreign Service, VA health positions, senior executives, specified officials, judges and uniformed services. OPM published the 2018 tables. The amounts depended on the cited pay statutes and appropriations, with later annual pay orders superseding these historical schedules. The order should not be read as the current salary table.
