What does Executive Order 13077 do?
EO 13077 made a narrow change to EO 13010: it replaced March 15, 1998 with September 30, 1998 in two provisions governing the President’s Commission on Critical Infrastructure Protection advisory structure. It created no public cyber-security rule. The National Archives says the change was nullified when EO 13138 abolished the committee in 1999.
